Dear Parents/Guardians:

Welcome to the 2025/2026 school year! As we begin this journey together, I look forward to partnering with you to support your child's academic, social, and spiritual growth. Thank you for your commitment to Seventh­ day Adventist Christian education.

To help us keep track of personal belongings, we kindly ask that you write your child's name inside sweaters, sweatshirts, lunch bags, etc. This simple step makes it easier to return items that are left behind. Each month I will share important updates in the monthly letter.

Please take note of the following:

1. September 2 - Students will receive guidelines regarding the Multiplication/Division Challenge and the STEM Exposition. The first round of the Multiplication/Division Challenge will be on Thursday, October 2. The STEM Exposition for grades 5-8 will talce place on Tuesday, October 14, and the STEM Exposition for grades 3 & 4 will talce place on Tuesday, November 18.

2. September 4 - Curriculum Day will consist of 3 sessions-10:00am -12:00pm, l:00pm- 3:00pm, and 4:00pm- 6:00pm. You are welcome to attend one of the three sessions and meet with your child's teacher(s) in their classroom. We will have three general sessions in the gymnasium-I 0:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm. All parents are expected to attend.

3.  September 12-Due date for Orchestra application. Students will have the opportunity to learn to play one of the following instruments: violin, guitar, keyboard, saxophone, cello, or trumpet.  Music classes will begin on Wednesday, October 1.

4. September 18 - Due date for apple picking permission slips and payments.

5. September 25 -Apple Picking Trip to Hurds Farm.

6. Parents, please make sure that you sign in to Jupiter. Pertinent information is shared on Jupiter regularly.

7. Aftercare is provided for parents who are unable to pick up their children by 3:30pm. At present, there is no charge for aftercare. Please ensure that your child is picked up by 4:45pm (2:00pm on Fridays).

8.  The cost for school lunch is $4.50 per day for Pre-K - Grade 2 and $5.00 per day for grades 3 -

8 (Monday -Thursday). Lunch is always Pizza on Fridays. Cheese pizza is $3.00 per slice and salad pizza is $6.50 per slice. All Friday dismissals are at 12:30pm. Students have the option to Dress Down on Fridays for a $2.00 participation fee.

9.  All Students have received a fundraising packet from Miss Chocolate. All orders and collected funds are due by September 26. We ask for your full participation in this and all fundraising efforts.

Water - $1.00
